The concept for Klassic Wraps, Inc. originated while both Sara Bean and Berna Norfleet were attending classes at Concordia University. The two of them had great hopes of becoming entrepreneurs and the completion of the class only bonded their pursuit and heightened their dreams. It was through the final process they joined forces and created the company Klassic Wraps, Inc. This home-based entity specializes in designing headwraps and matching shawls (apparel items can also be worn as body wraps and sarongs). Klassic Wraps Inc. began in July 2002, and has since grown to establish a product-line that looks fashionable, adds elegance and brings excitement. Special attention is given to fabrics used, to ensure durability and customer comfort. To help make headwrapping a simple and easy task, the owners have developed an instructional video. Additionally, we cater to home-shows in private settings where one-on-one demonstrations are provided. Since its existence, the owners have partnered with Polk Imports, along with other designers of the fashion industry. Klassic Wraps has been featured in Trinity's Trumpet Magazine, and listed in the Apparel Industry Directory (AIBI) as well as The CHICAGOLANDirectory.com (2010-Apparel Section).

Sara Bean brings to the partnership an extensive background in Customer Service and Management. To this she adds a detailed knowledge of the sewing industry attributed to prior ownership of the company, Fabric-N-Things. As a Sister in the Muslim faith, she learned and broadened her knowledge of headwrapping. With her accomplishments and expertise in the field of headwrapping, she is a driving force in this emerging entity.

Berna Norfleet compliments the partnership by possessing a wealth of experience. An air of charm surrounds this visionary as she portrays the poise and alluring qualities learned as an accomplished model and graduate of the Barbizon School of Beauty. Berna says, their Klassic Wraps’ line looks and works great for “bad hair days,” “no hair,” or “just wanting to be fashionable.  And she wears her wraps to bring style and fashion at-a-glance.
